Khoma, the weaving capital of Bhutan. If you are looking for a cultural experience that doesn’t only involve visiting dzongs, consider this tour designed for you. Up until recently, eastern Bhutan was least explored by tourists. However, that has been slowly changing, at a “Bhutan pace” if we may.
Lhuntse is a north-eastern district located next to Trashigang, Bhutan’s largest district. And Khoma is a vibrant, age-old community of weavers not just from the region but from across the country. We believe something as simple as the Kira can be used to learn about a country’s history.
We humbly invite you on this tour if you are looking for an indepth Bhutan experience that is off the beaten path, literally and figuratively.

Take advantage of being in a different district by visiting Trashigang Dzong (Fortress) and a very special monastery – Rangshingkhar Goenpa.
