Lhakhang Karpo

This is the residence of Haa’s 100-monk body. It serves as the venue for significant celebrations, including National Days and the historic Haa Tshechu. Known as Karpo, meaning white, it stands out with its distinct color compared to Lhakhang Nagpo (black), located just behind it. Additionally, the lhakhang is the abode of the local deity Ap Chundu.
