Changlimithang Archery Ground is one of the most popular hangout spots for people of all ages. Located next to the Changlimithang main ground, where various sports and National Day celebrations are held, it is a site of historical significance. The Battle of Changlimithang was fought here, leading to the victory of Ugyen Wangchuck, Bhutan’s first king. The archery ground hosts archery matches during the weekends.
