Belgium consulate in Bhutan

The first honorary consulate of Belgium in Bhutan was inaugurated by the Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium, Didier Reynders, on August 6. During the official oath taking ceremony, Wangchuk Dorji, Vice-Chairman of Tashi Group of Companies, was officially sworn in as the honorary consul of Belgium to Bhutan. The Deputy Prime Minister of Belgium, Didier Reynders and Wangchuk Dorji, the honorary consul of Belgium to Bhutan. Bhutan and Belgium established formal diplomatic relations in January 2009.
