The cost of climate change The cost of climate change A documentary titled “The Cost of Climate Change” produced by a Bhutanese, Tshering Penjor from Bhutan Broadcasting Service 2 grabbed the best documentary award at the third SAARC film festival. Earlier in 2010 it had won the United Nations Correspondents Association Global Prize for Climate Change.
