Tuesdays: day off for breast-feeding mothers

With the government declaring Tuesdays as a pedestrian day, the government after being criticized has circulated a circular which states that breast-feeding mothers will work from home on that day. The circular says that decision has been taken because of an existing four-year-old policy to encourage breast feeding. The respective ministries have to make arrangements for great-feeding mothers with the help of information technology so that they can work from home.
