Following a month long suspension, Bhutan Youth, a weekly paper’s license was revoked by the Bhutan Info Comm Authority for not adhering to license rules. Meanwhile, the suspension order over Bhutan Times, the country’s first private paper was lifted on the condition that it meet certain terms held out by BICMA which included appointing a chief executive officer before May 31, 2013.
