Bhutan is one of the best country I’ve visited in my life! I first heard about this beautiful country 3 years ago when I was in Nepal for vacation. They recommended that after Nepal, I should proceed to Bhutan. It took 3 years to finally make this happen and I feel fortunate that Little Bhutan was the agency that arranged everything for my mom and I.

We also enjoyed the pace of the tour itinerary. It also helped that we had an excellent guides – Sonam and Deepak. Sonam was very generous with his anecdotes, sharing the history of Bhutan and Buddhism while Deepak assured us a safe trip wherever we went.

Overall, I would recommend Bhutan and Little Bhutan to all my friends and family. They just have to see it to understand and appreciate the beauty of this country and it’s people.

Hi Little Bhutan,

Just wanna to drop a note to thank you plus both your wonderful guide and driver (Phuntsho & Karma) for giving us an amazing experience in Bhutan.

Though the bumpy road trip was challenging, both my hubby and I enjoyed the overall trip very much.

Phunsho and Karma were great. They took care of us very well. Phuntsho has great knowledge of Bhutan and gave us clear explanation of the site while Karma has fantastic driving skill. We were so impressed by both of them.

A lot of my friends like the pictures we had posted on Facebook and express interest of coming to Bhutan. We will definitely recommend Little Bhutan to them.

Please convey my message to both Phuntsho & Karma.

Meanwhile take care and all the best.

Regards,
Karen Ter & Kiat Tan

I would like to thank all of you from those in the office to those involved in the trek and the current tour. Nima has been without exception a marvelous guide. He is knowledgeable, considerate, thoughtful and at all times professional. I have enjoyed every minute of being in Bhutan and have had a unusual opportunities to learn about Bhutanese culture and spirituality.

I did not know what to expect from the trek and was pleasantly surprised by the care and consideration taken for my comfort throughout. The cook Namgay and his assistant Rinchen did a wonderful job creating dishes that I enjoyed despite experiencing some sickness at high altitudes. The two pony men were also very helpful with camp tasks apart from the big job of looking after their ponies with loading, unloading and carrying the equipment up and down the trails.

Nima was able to explain the cultural features we saw as well as the natural features. I was lucky enough to meet with Jigme Dorji park rangers who know the wildlife and plants. I cannot imagine a richer or more interesting travel experience for my time in Bhutan.

The traditional dress (Gho/Kira) that the Bhutanese people wear everyday was a wonderful part of learning abut Bhutan’s culture.

The birthday celebration was a wonderful surprise for Sandy and was very much appreciated.

However dogs barking at night seems to be a bit of problem as it affects one’s ability to get a good night’s sleep to start the day early to explore your beautiful country.

Little Bhutan provided ongoing assistance which made the planning of the tour incredibly smooth. Their efficiency and professional understanding of travel and visa requirements streamlines all documentation need for travel to Bhutan.

The tour guide, Mr. Sonam, who was responsible for the daily trips provided professional support which resulted in a concise and clear understanding of all sites. Sonam is an excellent representative of the Bhutanese culture. His in depth understanding of religious Buddhist history combined with his very pleasant personality provides any visitor with a wealth of information.

Yonten, our driver, made all the trips and excursions as enjoyable & safe. The combination of Sonam and Yonten made the visit to Bhutan one of the best tours/holidays that I have ever had.

Thank you.
